The device is tailored for professional pilots but also serves as a valuable educational tool for flight students aiming to understand the complex performance metrics of turbine helicopters. Users can customize helicopter data—such as basic empty weight and mission-specific equipment—and manage multiple flight profiles seamlessly, with options to load, save, and email configuration data.

An advanced Load Manifest feature generates detailed reports sent directly to your email, with graphical validation to confirm calculations. The graphical interface displays key performance metrics instantly as pressure altitude and outside air temperature are adjusted via intuitive sliders.

<li>Calculations include In-Ground Effect (IGE) maximum weight, Out-of-Ground Effect (OGE) maximum weight, OGE ceiling, corrected weight, climb rate, and fuel consumption.</li>
<li>The graphical OGE ceiling display provides a clear visualization of altitude limitations under current conditions.</li>
</ul>

The application facilitates rapid operational decisions through simplified input of pressure altitude and outside air temperature, while performing dozens of complex calculations automatically. It is designed with user-friendliness in mind, ensuring ease of use without sacrificing depth of functionality.

The software supports setup of custom helicopter configurations and allows unlimited saving and retrieval of flight data. Additional features include sending detailed reports via email and performing quick navigation calculations on the integrated world map.

Potential customization or extensions are available upon request. Recommended operating devices include iPad 2 (iOS 6 or later), iPad 3, or newer models to ensure optimal performance.
